These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Codeloom website at codeloo.biz and your participation in any of our courses or programs. By accessing the site or enrolling, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Codeloom is an online AI development school registered in Chiang Mai, Thailand, operating under Thai law. Our registered address is 60 Nimmanhaemin Soi 9, Su Thep, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200.

3. Course Enrollment
Enrollment in a Codeloom course is confirmed once you have completed the registration process and we have sent a written acknowledgement to your provided email address. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment at our discretion.
Course content, schedules, and instructors may change from time to time. When changes occur, we will inform enrolled learners with reasonable notice.
4. Payment and Fees
All course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable as specified during enrollment. Prices shown on the website are current at the time of display, though Codeloom may update pricing for future intakes.
Payment is required before or at the start of the course period unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing with our team.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us at [email protected] as early as possible.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start: a partial refund may be considered, minus any administrative costs incurred
- Cancellations made within 14 days of course start: no refund will be issued, though we may offer a transfer to a future intake where circumstances allow
- Once a course has commenced, fees are not refundable for the current enrollment period
Each request is reviewed individually. We aim to be fair and considerate in how we handle these situations.
6. Certificates of Completion
Codeloom issues certificates of completion to learners who finish their course requirements. These certificates reflect participation and effort in our programs. They are issued by Codeloom and do not represent government-accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, and design — is the property of Codeloom or its content partners. You may not copy, redistribute, or adapt any materials without our written consent.
Materials shared during courses are for personal learning use only and should not be shared publicly or used commercially.
8. Learner Conduct
We maintain a respectful and collaborative learning environment. Learners are expected to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners in all communications
- Submit their own work and not misrepresent others' contributions as their own
- Follow any course-specific guidelines shared by instructors
We reserve the right to remove a learner from a course if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful, without obligation for refund in such cases.
9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Some courses involve the use of third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as cloud services, coding environments, or collaboration tools). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Codeloom is not responsible for the policies or practices of external services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Codeloom's liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from your use of the website or your enrollment in a course is limited to the fees paid by you for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We do not make any representation about employment outcomes, income, or career progression as a result of completing any course.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand.
